The Founder
A Spanish entrepreneur with 25+ years of business experience and a clear pedagogical vision for an alternative secondary school. She had eight pillars, a three-year programme concept, a 30-title book list, and a launch date. She did not have a curriculum, an LMS, an accreditation pathway, or an enrollment process.
The Architecture
Over a structured multi-deliverable engagement, I built the complete three-year curriculum architecture, 75+ fully-scripted daily session plans across the founding blocks, separate facilitator guides for each track, a Canvas LMS build, parent-facing enrollment materials, an application and admissions process, and a Cognia accreditation candidacy roadmap.
The Outcome
The school is now actively enrolling its founding cohort. The architecture is documented, accreditable, and parent-credible. The founder retains full ownership of her pedagogical vision — what changed is that the vision now has an institution wrapped around it that can survive contact with reality.
